ACP_states_mapBrussels, 17/03/09: Last week, the European Commission and the African, Caribbean and Pacific Countries (ACP) Group signed a cooperation agreement for a total of €2.7 billion designed to help developing countries struck by the economic and financial crisis to meet the global challenges facing them.
