Alliance2015 is a partnership of six like-minded European non-government organisations working in the field of development cooperation and committed to reaching the Millennium Development Goals. The members of Alliance2015 have joined forces to fight poverty more effectively by cooperating on various levels, including by working together in developing countries as well as on campaigns to influence public and political opinion in Europe. Social Watch is an international network informed by national citizens' groups aiming at following up the fulfilment of internationally agreed commitments on poverty eradication and gender equality. These national groups report, through the national Social Watch report, on the progress - or regression - towards these commitments and goals.
