EEPA report on the Cotonou Agreement and the right to development PDF Print E-mail

UN_logo05/06/09: In March 2009, EEPA produced a study on the application of the right to development criteria to the ACP-EU (Cotonou) Partnership Agreement and the economic partnership agreements (EPAs). The study, which was commissioned by the UN's High-level Task Force on the Right to Development in the context of its periodic evaluation of global development partnerships, was presented at the fifth session of the High-Level Task Force on the implementation of the right to development on 1-9 April in Geneva.
